Customer Service & Retail Management Training

 

ReCycle North's customer service and retail management training program teaches the essentials of customer service: Communication, problem solving, negotiating and time management as well as leadership and supervision skills to prepare for management positions. Trainees help run the Household Goods Store and the Building Material Center, serving ReCycle North’s diverse customer base, supervising community service volunteers and gaining experience with a computerized point-of-sale system. Trainees graduating from this program are well prepared for more than an entry level job in a customer service position.
